Unlike traditional one-way boxes or rigid returnable boxes, reuseable shipping containers are designed to collapse to a fraction of their original size for economical return shipment. The system is designed around a spring steel clip which holds the panels together (assembled and knocked down). One person can easily assemble or disassemble a container in less than 3 minutes with no hammers, nails or screws. Each container is precision machined with CNC routers to ensure perfect alignment and the bolted plywood block bases guarantee durability in handling. Each container is designed around specific customer standards. Also, specially designed dunnage, cradles and dividers can be added to meet any requirements.
